The specific work, timeline, and any fees for your engagement are agreed with you before we begin.
05Scope and limitations
Our services are advisory and support-based. To be clear about what we do not provide, our services do not include:
- Software or website development, coding, or custom programming.
- Website hosting, domain management, or server administration.
- Cybersecurity services, penetration testing, or security guarantees.
- Payment processing or handling of financial transactions.
- Management of your IT systems, infrastructure, networks, or databases.
You remain responsible for your website platform, hosting, security, backups, and any technical services provided by third parties.
06Requesting a service
When you submit a request through our site, you are making an enquiry, not entering a binding contract. An engagement begins only once we have agreed the scope of work and any applicable terms with you. We may decline requests that fall outside our services.
07Fees and payment

10No guaranteed outcomes

11Third-party platforms and tools
Your website may run on third-party platforms, builders, or hosting providers, and our work may involve those tools. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party platforms, their availability, changes, pricing, or terms, and your use of them is governed by their own agreements.
12Intellectual property
You retain ownership of your website content, brand materials, and data. Any recommendations, documents, or materials we prepare specifically for you may be used for your website once any agreed fees are paid. Our own methods, templates, and know-how remain ours. The Ambusupp name, logo, and website are our property.

Each party agrees to keep the other’s non-public information confidential and to use it only to provide or receive the services.
14Refunds
Any eligibility for refunds or cancellation of a service is governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
